ClinicDrs is subscription healthcare software for medical clinics. This page restates the refund terms already in our Terms & Conditions so billing and categorisation crawlers can find them without opening the full terms.

Free trial

Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.

Paid subscriptions

After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Refunds

Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual plans. Monthly plans are billed period-by-period; unused days in an already-started monthly period are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the clinic name, registered email, and the Razorpay payment reference. We route billing requests to the same team that handles subscription support.

Data export remains available for 30 days after termination, as described in the terms.
